Maybe that's his strategy?  Appeal on the grounds of having a terrible lawyer?  Or they can delay on the grounds of the jury pool being tainted?

Law & Order? I actually saw a similar story on Law & Order: SVU, except it was basketball-related.  Turns out Heavy D shoots some dude who wanted to expose the coach (played by the dad from Wonder Years) for being a this document contains no data. Heavy D gets arrested for shooting the guy and covering up for his cousin who is a big basketball star, who later turns out to be the key witness against the coach!

Whichever one it is, it begins with him seeing bad things and it ends with him being a big fucking douche. He's just trying to not look like the asshole here, but it's too late. Yeah, but that happened months ago.  That's not that surprising with estate planning and stuff.  If he were to suddenly die, the taxes on a half-million dollar house in the name of the deceased would be quite large.

Dan Patrick said on his radio show this morning that McQueary played in Sandusky's charity golf event 4 weeks after the shower incident.  That would seem to poke some holes in McQueary's credibility.
