Okay, so we're going to Phoenix on Thursday on business. Well, to be more specific, Denese is going on business; I'm just tagging along. But anyway, I'm not very knowledgeable about that area, so I don't know places to eat/things to do. I know from Man vs. Food that I'm gonna hit Alice Cooperstown at some point, but other than that, I've got nothin'.
Any advice?

Oh, well. I guess it was kind of a longshot on such short notice. Anyway, we had a wonderful time, the heat notwithstanding. Hopefully, the next time we're there, we'll be able to see more of the city.

Kyle, since I just flew through Phoenix as I was going birdwatching in Tucson, did you get caught up in that dust storm on Thursday 8/18? My flight was on hold for 15 minutes due to the storm, I'll eventually upload my pic of the end of the dust clud as I came in for a landing.

No, that was a couple of days before we got there, I think. I certainly don't remember a dust storm while were there, but that really doesn't mean anything. :/
