Teaching a public speaking course at the local CC that's 4 hours a day for two weeks.  I always have one day set aside for "theatrical speaking" where the students do Shakespearean monologues or stand-up comedy or presidential speeches or something along those lines.  This time around, I'm doing pro wrestling promos.  This thread is a GODSEND, but here's something I'd like to see:  Best Women's Promos.  Are there any other than Guerrero (who will def be in the lesson)?  I'm 30 from Louisiana--grew up on NWA and Mid-South in the 80s, watched tons of WCW and WWF in the 90s, and have been extremely sporadic in watching the last decade.  And for the life of me, I can't think of any good female promos.  It seems like the women are always speaking with their bodies.

Also, FWIW, I'll be categorizing everything--Managers, Comebacks, Challenges, Braggadocio, Arm Candy, Unintelligibles (Warrior, some Macho), Extreme, Turns, etc.--and any help with shaping or definitive examples of categories would be great.

you have to put Ahmed Johnson in the unintelligables, he was so much worse than Warrior IMO

These are awesome, thanks.  The Johnson will definitely be added.  I knew Luna had some good mic work out there, but had trouble finding any.  Sensational Sheri was someone I completely overlooked.  Looking forward to checking out the Shimmer/indie stuff when I get a chance.

I LOVE that Natural is such a nice easy going guy... and then some one says "Shia LeBeouf" and Mr Hyde emerges with a vengeance.

Take out the Davey Richards part of it (including where he does that stupid point of his), but Kozina's part of the promo was pretty good.  I'd like to see a Kozina/Ricky Morton match now.

Man I hope that Chris Hero can replicate the Young Knockout Kid promos from ROH when Kassius Ohno hits a WWE ring.

I'll copy and paste the comment I made on that video here:

If you had any reservations about buying Starrcade 1993 in the weeks leading up to the show, this was the one promo that convinced you to come up out them dollars!
