I just never feel like I'm giving votes like these are fair shake and can only vote for games I've played... like, I want to vote for Game Dev Story, but how can I honestly feel like it's any better than something like Heavy Rain which I've never played.

Vote your conscience, man. It's not your fault if the games you like don't reflect the general will.
I don't like portables and the only reason I bought a DSi was to play GTA Chinatown Wars, so any ballot I submit won't have and portable titles like Dragon Quest 9 or Infinite Space. I am certain that some pocket game title will make someone's Top Ten.
And if you can't enjoy a horror flick while high and surrounded by black people, what the fuck are you even doing watching horror flicks?

Sorry for the lack of participation - I only played about 5 or 6 new games that came out in 2010. Severe lack of money for gaming - so I put what was probably hundreds of hours into the few games I did buy. :(
