I didn't even know it was a supersized episode till I looked in the TV Guide (yes people still read them, haha). They usually cut out a lot of awesome stuff to knock it down to 22 minutes, so 45 minutes could really help out Creed's TV time, =).

I just saw the first 20 or so minutes due to Impact, but it ruled. Jim and Dwight being wacky together brings back some great memories. The drawing of Dwight ruled, too.

Jim - I’ll call the real police.
Andy - I’ll help… I’ll check the web.
Creed - The guy was just hanging grain. If that’s flashing, then lock me up.
Michael - Prove it, let’s see your penis!
Michael - Jan and I have a safe word in case things get too hard. That word is foliage.
Dwight - Better 1,000 innocent men go to jail than one guilty man go free.
Jim - Question - wouldn’t that interfere with your other task forces?
Pam - I wish someone had flashed me when I was with Roy… especially if it was Jim… Wow. I’m saying a lot of things…
Jim - Why don’t you run the meeting? You play with dolls.
Andy - If it was up to me, the women here would be fashion models.
Kevin - Yes! Then the super models could work with me!
Dwight - I wish I could menstruate!
Kevin - Jim, wanna go in the women’s bathroom with me?
Jim - No, but thanks anyway.
Kevin - Really? It’s every man’s fantasy.
Jim - I thought that was the women’s locker room… when women are inside.

Holy cow, I didn't realize the episode was supersized until I saw the time afterwards. If they did go an hour at 9 I'd really miss seeing Impact when it first comes on. This was 5 fucking stars!
And Creed having to go number two in the women's bathroom was awesome. I would have crapped all over there being too much dumb Michael but it set up the ending well so it worked out.

I just watched the whole ep, and Creed paying for the privelage of going in the women's bathroom ruled. The Michael-Jan stuff was disturbing, but great for Michael's character as he sort of showed backbone... over the phone. Michael trying to unscrew the hubcap with the jack ruled! Pam's talking head about seeing Jim nude was revealing for her character. It leads me to believe that they'll end season 3 with her declaring her love for him in a reverse of what happened last year.

This speaks more about the cultural divide between the UK and the States than anything. I think the two shows are miles apart in the style of comedy they use, to the extent I don't even compare them.
Anyway, the US version is getting good, I'm starting to get into it. That Creed guy is pretty funny, as was the intro with Jim and Dwight.

I love how, after meeting him and going to his and Phylises wedding, Pam still feels the need to call him 'Bob Vance'.
'I.. ya know, as that was coming out of my mouth, I kneew that is was wrong'.
'Due to a recent incident involving Phylis, a man, a map, and his penis'
I know what you're thinking, won't that just shed more light on the penises. But that's a risk we're going to have to take.'
'I know the crap out of women'.
The awkward women's toilet exchange between Ryan/Jim over Karen was great too. 'She says she's not really ready to date someone in the office but she likes you as a friend'. Ouch.
My favourite episode of the Office ever.

The promo for this week's super-sized episode (don't forget - 8:40pm!) seems to make you want to think Pam is going to confess she likes Jim. Well in my opinion the show really has nowhere to go once they admit their feelings for each other and get together. Plus it seems like every time you think it's going to happen, they throw an obstacle in the way. It's a nice tease but you wonder how long they can tease it till viewers start to tune out knowing it'll never happen till the final few episodes.

Well, when they do get together, there's the relationship stuff they can work with. Dating somebody from work and whatnot. And maybe it doesn't work out. Then there's the awkwardness of seeing somebody every day that you broke up with. And we all know The Office deals well with awkward situations.

The latest ABA Journal had a blurb about this site:
http://www.hrheroblogs.com/It's called "That's What She Said" and features a somewhat crazy-eyed corporate lawyer who assesses how much each human relations faux paus would cause Dunder Mifflin if a lawsuit were filed. Its pretty detailed and kinda neat.
Probably not for everyone but I think its pretty neat. It's a episode by episode analysis and she puts out warnigns that they are just her estimates (by her estimates I don't think Dunder Mifflin would be around too long - theoretically.)

Damn tonight's episode ruled. It was a perfect blend of over-the-top goofy stuff (sumo suits, Andy floating away in said sumo suit) with real emotional stuff (Pam getting sick of Michael's bullshit, walking across the coals to prove to herself that she had courage, and then revealing her feelings to Jim). I can't wait for next week's show to see how they deal with that issue, and the matter of a few folks showing interest in the same corporate job that Michael will be interviewed for. Stanley was great tonight as well, and Creed had his great moment with the "We were having hot dogs?" line.
Pam - About 40 times a year, Michael gets really sick and has no symptoms. Dwight is gravely concerned.
Micahel - I wish I’d prepared something to say… May God guide you in your quest.
David - Yes.
Kevin - I just want to lie down on the beach and eat hot dogs. That’s all I’ve ever wanted.
Stanley - Oh sweet mother of God….
Michael - Stanley, if you don’t like it, you can go to the back of the bus…. or the front… or drive it.
Stanley - I’d rather work for an upturned broom with a bucket for a head than work for anyone in this office other than me. GAME ON!
Jim - I have never seen that look in a man’s eyes before… I thought I might die… on beach day!
