Are we certain Miletich doesn't just have the inside scoop on World War 3?

Interesting. The same things were said about Bob Sapp as well though, and we all know how that panned out.

Call it a bit of hyperbole, but a former NCAA champ, in his athletic prime, training with arguably the best MMA camp in the world is going to be a scary, scary man.

I'm not doubting he will be a scary, scary man..hell i agree, i just did'nt expect pat to say that already. Personally i can't wait to see lesnar in MMA, with just his wrestling background and athletic ability alone he'd cause problems with most fighters. The fact that he's training with Militech camp...your right that is very scary.

That is a bold statement indeed. It's even moreso since there are so many unanswered questions regarding Brock. The major ones to me would be involve his striking ability and his propensity for taking a shot. Then again, I haven't been training with him over the last month so maybe he's right. Should be interesting...

How much does he weight?

Him in the UFC would be a huge draw I think, something the heavyweight division doesn't have.

I think it's likely that Militech would give us his honest opinion if he thought Lesnar was Ron Waterman 2.0. So this is truely a sign that Mr. Lesnar is ready for prime time.

Somebody at Sherdog made a post about meeting Big Timmy and how he said that Lesnars first fight is already inked but he can't reveal the details.

Anybody know offhand if Brock was juicing during his New Japan period?

It becomes a singularity of purpose, which an ADD kid like me rarely gets. I like that moment of clarity in fights, and I truly have that. I lose myself in the details of those 15 minutes and you don’t worry about what people think of you.”

I will ask Matt Hume. He can be counted on for an honest response.

Militich said he's around 280. If he is, then he'll need to sit in the sauna awhile. However, if Miguel Cotto can lose 15-20 lbs to make 147, I'm sure someone twice his size could probably drop the water weight. The issues are gonna be:

A) How much would you pay Brock Lesnar?

B) How dedicated is he gonna be to the sport?

Not sure about A, but as far as B goes, well, once he gets rocked hard by a punch or kick, he probably won't want to stick around for long. He's a pretty intense guy, but seems so mentally fragile at the same time that any physical message to him that tells him to not stay will probably be the only message he'll need.

Does anyone know where I can download this show? It's not on Usenet and the thread here doesn't appear to have been updated.

Mentally fragile men do not win NCAA championships.

All he has to do is train and kick someone's ass. He doesn't have to deal with all the political bullshit of pro wrestling and the road. I seriously doubt he's mentally fragile.

his propensity for taking a shot.

well, if that nasty botch of a SSP at wrestlemania proved anything, he can most likely take some serious blows to the head and still be able to go

A lot of Brocks problems with the WWE was the travel grind, with MMA he won't really have that as he can plant himself down in an area for a few weeks and train. It doesn't sound like MFS is going to have Brock as a full-timer, though.

Miletich also described him as "a 280-pound cat."
